We are currently expanding into focused industry verticals and building a high-performance sales team.

Role Overview

We are hiring MBA / BBA students (Marketing / Sales / Business Development) for a structured 3-month internship program.

Each intern will be assigned a specific industry (e.g., Hospitals, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Construction, etc.) and will:

  • Learn how that industry operates
  • Understand common business challenges
  • Study how Odoo ERP solves those challenges
  • Generate leads and close sales

Based on performance, selected candidates will be offered a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Industry Specialization

  • Study assigned industry operations and workflows
  • Understand industry-specific ERP requirements
  • Prepare internal presentations on industry analysis

2️⃣ Lead Generation

  • Cold calling and follow-ups
  • Identifying decision-makers
  • Fixing appointments
  • Maintaining CRM records

3️⃣ Client Meetings & Demo Support

  • Visit businesses for meetings
  • Present structured ERP demos (after training)
  • Understand client requirements
  • Assist in preparing proposals

4️⃣ Sales Targets

  • Meet weekly calling and meeting targets
  • Generate qualified leads
  • Work toward deal closures
