As a Business Development Executive, youβll play a key role in acquiring clients, pitching business solutions, and driving company revenue.
π Work Days: Monday to Saturday
π Location: Hyderabad (On-site at Kothapet)
π Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, calls, and email outreach.
- Pitch OneTo7βs ERP, Digital Marketing, and Recruitment services effectively.
- Schedule and attend client meetings; assist in closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
π€ Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu & English (Hindi is a plus).
- Passion for sales, client relationships, and business growth.
- Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Prior sales or business development experience (preferred but not mandatory).
