As a Business Development Executive, youโ€™ll play a key role in acquiring clients, pitching business solutions, and driving company revenue.

๐Ÿ“ Location: Hyderabad (On-site at Kothapet)

๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, calls, and email outreach.
  • Pitch OneTo7โ€™s ERP, Digital Marketing, and Recruitment services effectively.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings; assist in closing deals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain follow-up communication.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.

๐Ÿ‘ค Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu & English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Passion for sales, client relationships, and business growth.
  • Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Prior sales or business development experience (preferred but not mandatory).
